Create an account

1. Open the FaithPair app and tap “Create my account”.
2. Enter your email address and choose a password of at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
3. Check “I confirm that I am 18 or older.” FaithPair is for adults only.
4. Open the confirmation email and tap “Confirm my account”.

Sign in

Tap “Sign in”, then enter your account’s email address and password.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address. You receive a link, valid for 30 minutes, to choose a new password.

Report a profile or a message

On a person’s profile, tap “Report”. For a message, press and hold the bubble, then tap “Report message”. You can also write to admin@faithpair.ca. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.

Block someone

On a person’s profile, or under “More actions” in a conversation, tap “Block”. The blocked person can no longer see you or write to you. The list is under Profile › Safety › Blocked people.

Delete my account

In the app, open Profile › Settings › Privacy & data › Delete my account. Without the app, follow the steps on the Delete my account page.

Child safety

FaithPair is for people 18 and older. Read our child safety standards.
