Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and account

FaithPair is strictly limited to people who are 18 years of age or older. You must provide accurate, current and truthful information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. Impersonation and attempts to obtain another member’s credentials are prohibited.

2. Nature of the service

FaithPair helps members explore relationship opportunities using profiles, preferences and Pair-formation features. FaithPair does not guarantee a Pair, relationship, marriage or successful compatibility outcome. Compatibility results, scores or interpretations are product features; they are not psychological or medical diagnoses, or legal or professional advice.

You remain responsible for your communications, meetings, decisions and real-world safety choices.

3. Expected conduct

You must treat other members respectfully and use the service lawfully.

• No impersonation, threats, intimidation, exploitation, scams or fraud.
• No harassment, hate, illegal activity or sexual exploitation.
• No non-consensual sexual content or attempts to obtain another member’s credentials.
• No scraping, abusive automated harvesting, circumvention of access or security controls, abusive API use, or reverse engineering prohibited by law.

4. Member content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant FaithPair only the limited rights needed to host, process, display and use that content to provide, secure and improve the service, in accordance with your privacy settings and valid consents.

This permission does not make private FIND information public and does not authorize arbitrary marketing or commercial use of private member-level data. You must have the right to upload the content you provide and must not violate another person’s rights.

5. FaithPair property

FaithPair retains its rights in its software, brand, interface, Pair-formation architecture and service materials, excluding member-owned and third-party materials. No implied right is granted to copy, exploit or circumvent those materials.

6. Moderation, restriction and closure

FaithPair may review reports and restrict, suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect members, service integrity or security, or to enforce these Terms. You may request account deletion under Settings > Privacy & Data. Limited records may be retained for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

7. Pre-launch and evolution

The service is in pre-launch and may evolve. Features may be changed, interrupted or temporarily unavailable. Material Terms changes will receive reasonable notice and, where appropriate, renewed versioned acceptance.

8. Possible paid features

FaithPair may later offer paid features or subscriptions. Pricing, payment, renewal, cancellation and other applicable terms will be disclosed before purchase. These Terms do not activate a subscription or create commercial terms that were not shown at purchase.

9. Availability and liability

FaithPair uses reasonable measures but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly secure service. To the extent permitted by law, FaithPair is not responsible for personal decisions, offline meetings or another member’s acts. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory, non-waivable consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal laws of Canada. This does not remove mandatory rights under the laws of your province or territory of residence. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration.
